Recycle what can be
Metal, timber, cardboard and electricals are kept apart from general waste and taken to facilities that recycle them.

What is left goes to licensed waste and recycling facilities. Nothing is left on a verge, and the crew will say up front if an item needs a specialist contractor.

Can you work directly with my letting agent?
Yes. Most end-of-tenancy jobs are arranged with the agent, who provides keys and the inventory. You do not need to be there.
How fast can you clear between tenancies?
Often within a day or two of the call, and same-day where a van is free. Tell Dave the check-in date.
Do you take mattresses and sofas?
Yes. Bulky soft furnishings are the most common end-of-tenancy items and are taken to licensed facilities.
I am a tenant. Can you move me and clear the rest?
Yes. The crew load what you are taking first, then what is being cleared, and deliver and dispose in the same trip.
