Office Clearance
An office that has to be empty by the end of the lease, cleared by a crew that does commercial moves every week. Desks come apart, furniture goes to reuse where it can, and the rest is taken to licensed facilities.
End-of-lease clearances have a deadline attached, and that is the first thing Dave asks about. Most landlords want the floor back to bare and broom-clean on a fixed date, so the crew size and the number of vans are planned backwards from that date rather than guessed.
The team dismantle desks and benches, stack chairs, strip out filing cabinets, shelving, kitchen appliances and anything else the lease requires gone. Furniture in good condition is separated for reuse. Electrical items are kept apart from general waste and taken to licensed recycling facilities, and the floor is left clean for the dilapidations inspection.

“Theres not more I could add other than this is the best removal company I've hired in London. I was as impressed with their speed, efficiency and skill as I was with their attitude. So polite, thoughtful, funny, even at 9am on a Saturday. The only thing I would say is that it's not immediately clear you are charged for their return trip to their office (in Ealing), and perhaps more transparency with this would help future customers budget. But considering how good they were, I found them incredible value for money. I highly suggest cooking MV Movers in the future”

Office Clearance: your questions
How quickly can you clear an office?
Small offices are usually a single day with a two-van crew. Larger floors are planned over two or three days to meet the lease deadline. Tell Dave the date and he will size the team to it.
Can you recycle the furniture rather than dump it?
Yes. Reusable desks and chairs are set aside for reuse where there is a home for them, and the rest goes to licensed recycling facilities rather than landfill wherever possible.
Do you take IT equipment?
Yes. Monitors, printers and other electricals are kept apart from general waste and taken for proper electrical recycling. Data-bearing equipment stays with you unless you tell us otherwise.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend clearances are arranged so the business next door is not disrupted.
